Beginning Akashic Records
This is a wonderful beginning class to directly be in touch with your Loved Ones and your own high self. If you’ve dreamed of finding an opportunity to be of service, this class also prepares you to read the Records for others. More Information

Completing the Past and Creating the Future
This was originally a retreat that I have held at the beginning of every year since 1998. I abbreviated this valuable class to be a powerful one day intensive. We will first review the past, identifying what is keeping you stuck, giving it closure, forgiveness, looking at our disappointments, successes and unfinished business. Then we will move into the space of manifesting our vision for the future, the new you. We will be treasure mapping as well as utilizing some other tools of manifestation.

The Abundance Book
I’ve united the work of two authors with the principles I’ve taught for years in my own Prosperity Class. The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price and Ask and It is Given by Jerry & Esther Hicks are two amazing demonstrations of the power we have to create our own reality. Optimal Wellness
We will approach the road to wellness from the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels using nutrition, affirmation, prayer, meditation, and forgiveness work. Participants will find the support to uncover their own healing potential and personal journey to well-being.

Optimal Wellness in the Face of Cancer
Beginning in 2004, I’ve been involved with the cancer program at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Chicago. If you are dealing with cancer or know someone else who you believe might benefit from this program, spread the word. I am happy to try to help get a group together for a retreat or this class can be condensed to a one day workshop. There will be yoga, massage, journaling and many other supportive techniques for your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies.

Tools to Survive and Thrive the Experience of Cancer
Similar to the Optimal Wellness work, this workshop focuses on the specific tools that I personally used during my challenge with cancer. We take an in-depth look at each of the tools available to heal our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Most importantly we explore the gifts we have received from the cancer experience and learn how to move forward.

Walk Our Talk
(Pre-requisite is the Beinning Akashic Records class)

Let us celebrate our sacred journey as we walk our words with integrity. Receive clarity regarding your words and perceptions about yourself and discover how to align with who you really are!

All the knowledge participants learned in the beginning class will be put to use, anchoring the original Akashic Records experience and using the Records as a tool for deep soul work. Cindy’s lifetime goal has been to bring people in touch with their primary relationship – that of Self. In this class you will have the opportunity to clear and release any block you have to loving your self. What past lives may be affecting your current life? This is a sacred and powerful class and all level 1 students are welcome.

Healing the Relationship with Your Father
As our parents are getting older and passing on, many of us have unfinished business and old hurts that are unresolved and affecting us in our daily lives. Healing our primary relationship with our parents is some of the most important transformative work we can do for ourselves. We will realize the truth about this bond between Father and Son and Father and Daughter and discover how this person shaped who we are today. By acknowledging the challenging aspects and embracing the gifts we received we can free ourselves to be our most authentic selves. As part of this work we will share our stories and heal our hearts. Please bring a picture of you at age 5 or younger with your father.

The Secret

What is the secret to manifestation? What is the secret to creating the life you want? What is the secret that only a fortunate few know and understand? These are the questions Cindy has spent her life contemplating, researching, practicing and teaching. So when people in all areas of her life brought her "The Secret", the movie, she knew this was going to be an added tool to her creative manifestation workshops!

The Secret is a feature length film presented by authors, metaphysicians and quantum physicists revealing the Secret of creation and manifestation in our physical universe. Historical and factually based, The Secret, is known only to a fortunate few, and now you too will posess the knowledge of health, wealth, love, relationships and eternal youth.

In this 6 week workshop, we will analyze and put into practice the principles uncovered in the movie, The Secret. This is both a support group as well as a class incorporating Cindy’s vast knowledge and experience in working with the law of attraction in her own life. Support tools including meditations, affirmations, visualizations and self discovery exercises will arm you with that missing key you need to realize your goals.

Cindy can take the movie a step further answering those elusive questions:
