This retreat has been designed to give you an opportunity to spend 3 ½ days in the magnificent red rocks of Sedona, AZ exploring the relationship you have with yourself by connecting with Earth and Spirit. This process will be supported by guided visualizations, meditation, group interaction, and hiking the beautiful trails.

• Each day begins with stretching, yoga or tai chi and a healthy, delicious breakfast.
• We hike a different vortex each day, building in physical, emotional and spiritual intensity.
• There is time for journaling, drawing, spending quiet time with yourself and mindfully enjoying your picnic lunch.
• Evenings are spent experiencing some of Sedona’s most gifted teachers, readers a
  nd bodyworkers.
• Free time is available allowing you to travel Sedona on your own.

Friday, 9am through Sunday 12pm. Cost for the three days is $1275. This includes lodging at Your Heart’s Home Resort, a soul sanctuary nestled in the heart of Oak Creek Canyon with sacred gardens, a hot tub and waterfall;  tuition; one bodywork session; breakfast and lunch each day and a celebratory dinner on Saturday night.
